The Trendiction Web crawler is used to collect masses of data, extract and calculate metdata that is than indexed and made searchable. The Web crawler visits all websites that are defined in our index of news sites, blogs and forums, and centralizes the contents. After crawling millions of sites, the sites are analyzed and relevant information is automatically extracted. As the whole crawling process works automatically, we are talking about autonomous bots, a word that is derived from the word robot.
